Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Change of mind is not valid for a return or refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

We kindly ask that once you receive your order, you carefully review its contents. In the odd event that you receive a faulty, damaged, or inaccurate item, kindly contact us right away so that we may look into the situation and immediately find a solution.

Please be aware that freebies and gifts that are given with purchases are not returnable.

 

Refunds

We will keep you informed once we've received and examined your return. If your refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund on your account.
